As December settles in and our atelier in Saigon hums with the final rush of the year, we find ourselves pausing to reflect.
Rosie Hong was born in August 2023, but 2025 was the year we truly found our voice.
For our team, there is a distinct difference between “starting a company” and “launching a vision.” For the first two years, we worked in the shadows – quietly perfecting our full-canvas cuts, training our artisans, and building the digital foundation. But six months ago, in July 2025, we took a leap of faith. We launched our 3D Bespoke Platform to the world.
The Turning Point: July 2025
Looking back, that humid week in July feels like a defining moment. We introduced our “Tech-Enabled Atelier” concept on Product Hunt, unsure of how the global tech community would react to a traditional tailoring brand.
The response was overwhelming.
Ranking as the #8 Best Rated E-Commerce Product of July 2025, the community validated our core belief: The world doesn’t just need more clothes; it needs a better fit.

The Quiet Grind (August – December)
We didn’t use that recognition to scale aggressively or compromise our quality. Instead, we focused on execution. The last six months haven’t been about hype; they have been about proving that our model works at a global scale.
Here is what we achieved in the silence:
-
Refined the Algorithm: Real bodies are complex. Based on data from our first wave of tech-savvy users found via Product Hunt, we’ve calibrated our scanning accuracy to capture even the subtlest nuances of posture, ensuring that “remote tailoring” is no longer a gamble.
-
Winning Trust in the US Market: This is our biggest milestone. We successfully shipped fully handcrafted bespoke suits and garments to clients across the United States – from New York high-rises to Silicon Valley offices. These clients trusted a brand they had never met, paying for quality they hadn’t yet touched, based solely on our technology and transparency. And we delivered. The fit, the fabric, and the finish exceeded expectations, proving that our “Phygital” model can satisfy even the most demanding market.
-
Stayed Transparent: We held firm to our “No-Bribe Policy” on reviews. Every piece of feedback we received this year – whether praise or critique – was earned, not bought.
A Note on “Made in Vietnam”
This year, we also saw a shift in perception. Clients aren’t just tolerating our Vietnamese origins; they are celebrating them. We are proving that a team in Ho Chi Minh City can compete with Savile Row in quality and Silicon Valley in innovation. We are not just exporting products; we are exporting value and craftsmanship.
Looking Ahead to 2026
As we close this chapter, our hearts are full of gratitude. Thank you to the early adopters who took a chance on us. Thank you to our US clients who entrusted their professional image to our digital hands. And thank you to our artisans, who turn raw data into tangible art every single day.
The foundation is set. The technology is proven. In 2026, we continue the work of redefining luxury – one scan, one stitch at a time.
Happy Holidays from Saigon,
The Rosie Hong Team
