Below, you’ll find specific care instructions tailored to each fabric and garment type. By following these guidelines, you can keep your bespoke pieces looking impeccable for years to come.

- Avoid frequent dry cleaning to preserve fabric integrity.
- Use steam instead of direct ironing to maintain fabric quality.
- Store garments properly to prevent wrinkles and maintain their structure.

Use Shoe Horn: Always use a horn to protect the heel counter. Rotation: Never wear the same pair 2 days in a row (Leather needs 24h to release moisture). |
Shoe Trees: Must use Cedar Shoe Trees immediately after taking off (absorbs sweat, keeps shape). Dust Bags: Store in breathable bags. |

Exterior: Clean with leather balm / conditioner (test on bottom first). Interior: Vacuum dust or lint roll. Hardware: Polish metal parts with microfiber cloth. |
Weight Limit: Do not overload (distorts handles and bottom shape). Hands Clean: Oil/lotion from hands darkens leather handles (patina) unevenly. |
Stuffing: Stuff with acid-free tissue paper to maintain shape. Never newspaper (ink transfers). Upright: Store upright on shelves. Do not hang by handles. |

Spot clean only. If stained, take to specialist dry cleaner immediately. DO NOT WASH (Water ruins the internal wool interlining & twists the shape). |
Untie Gently: Always untie the knot after wearing. Do not pull tight. Resting: Let ties “rest” for 2 days to relax wrinkles naturally. |
Knitted Ties: Roll only (hanging stretches them). Silk Ties: Hang on a tie rack or roll loosely in a drawer. |

Silk: Dry clean only. Wool / Cashmere: Hand wash cold or Dry Clean. Remove pilling: Use a cashmere comb gently. |
Avoid friction: Watch out for beard stubble or jewelry snagging delicate silk / cashmere. Styling: Do not tie knots too tightly to avoid permanent creases. |
Pocket squares: Store flat or loosely folded. Scarves: Fold neatly. Use cedar blocks (moths love wool/cashmere). |

Wipe only. Use a jewelry cloth (microfiber). Avoid chemicals: Keep away from perfume/hairspray (causes tarnishing). |
Impact: Avoid banging against hard surfaces. Scratching: Keep separate from sharp keys or abrasive surfaces. |
Boxed. Store in original box or velvet pouch. Dry environment: Humidity causes metal plating to oxidize / rust. |
