You can use a measuring tape. If you don’t have one, use a string to take the measurement and then measure the string with a ruler

Bust girth: Measure around the fullest part of the bust, keeping the tape level.
Waist girth: Measure at the natural waist (the narrowest part), with abdomen relaxed.
Hip girth: Measure around the fullest part of the hips and buttocks, tape kept horizontal.
Thigh girth: Measure around the fullest part of the upper thigh, approximately 5 cm below the crotch, keeping the tape horizontal and snug (not tight).
